I’m back in Japan <3!! Well i got back yesterday but since i am trying to finish my hongkong posts..today’s post is still on Hongkong. XD

One of my fave things to do when i visit a new country is to go to their local supermarket! So when F-san offered to take me to somewhere slightly less touristy with a local-ish supermarket..i jumped at the chance!

Here’s the train map
tsingyi04
TsingYi is one the far left of the picture..it got cut off..sorry hahahaha

The train line i took
tsingyi06
Yah it goes towards Disneyland Resort [sorta...u have to change to another train]

We got there in no time <3
tsingyi07

Its not huge but there are about 4 levels….
tsingyi11

tsingyi09

There was an exhibition of sorts
tsingyi12

You had to pay admission to go in the exhibition/playground so we took a photo from the top level hahahahahaha
tsingyi08

on the other side, the whole basement was a dimsum restaurant
tsingyi10

We decided to have beef pho instead at a thai/vietnamese restaurant..it was really good and cheap  [set meal including drink and appetizer was only 32HKD which is around 4USD] <– i guess its true that things are cheaper when not in tourist areas
tsingyi13

Some of the random things i bought…
tsingyi15
Jamila raves about these so i had to give them a try [68HKD each..around USD8.50]

And this is one of my purchases from the supermarket..called TASTE…
tsingyi16
I ran out of my HG Biore makeup remover wipes and wanted to buy more but i couldnt find it. I didnt want to buy the Biore cleansing oil as it is sold in Japan so i opted for this gel instead.

Uh but on closer inspection now….
tsingyi17
Yah its made in Japan hahahaha [i swear i never noticed this in Japan before] <– ok its true i dont buy a lot of Biore in Japan so i guess i dont look as closely.

And as usual i have a random CD purchase whenever i visit a new country…
tsingyi05

Oh and as an added bonus XD I also visited Shatin’s New Town Plaza as it was connected to the first hotel i stayed at when in Hongkong

Here are two photos from it
