As some of you may have noticed, my blog is currently undergoing some changes. I’ve been thinking of deleting my blog lately as its just not as fun as it used to be. I thank those of you who are actually still reading though <3!!
I havent done a japan post for a while so here are photos from Kawagoe [In Saitama]

There is a street here lined with shops that just sell japanese candy.
You may have seen this street on many tv shows [loadsa celebrities/tv shows in japan come here for program specials] School children also visit here often on school trips.
Kawagoe is also known as Little Edo sometimes. The houses/shops remain the same as they were back in Edo period.
Their famous export is a special sweet potato that is purple skinned but yellow on inside
Hence the cutesy mascot dolls here
This is candy packaged like an obento
Murasaki-imo/Yam/Taro flavoured chou cream/cream puff aka YUMMMMMY
The man in yellow is my brother in law. *waves in case he is reading*
