Remember my haul from the Kanebo Kate Reflect mirror Eyes range?
I really like this range, i had expected it to be crazy glittery but its not! its quite subtle but shimmery to me at the same time.The Grey and brown ranges have actually become some of my “go to” palettes when i havent got time to figure out what look to do for the day.
Since i got a few requests from you guys to post more EOTDs , i decided to do a look with one of them [my fave really!] GY-1 <– yah i like it so much, i actually brought it on holiday to Hong Kong with me!
Here are the items i used in my look
Base – The Face Shop oil free bbcream
Concealer -Banila Co Dr Hide Concealer <– amazing stuff!
Eyeliners – MUFE Aqua Eyes in Black, White and Silver, Kpalette liquid eyeliner in black
Blush – Illamasqua powder blush in SIN <– i love this so much!
Eyebrown pencil – Canmake slender
Eyelid primer – Prime Time by Bare Escentuals <– got from a swap ages ago with Fuzkitte! Thanks girl!
Mascara – Heroine Make

And just in case u are wondering, yes i am wearing the new circle lenses i bought in korea last week!
They look like this
It doesnt look gray in the container right? but when you put it on, the gray shows through. Its very pretty in real life. Has become my favourite pair of circle lenses.
The foundation i used was the Oil Free BBcream from THE FACE SHOP
This has somehow made its way to HG status amongst my bbcream collection. Not an easy feat considering i have over 30 types <— yes yes its time to sell some..maybe XD
I have an oily tzone so i think it helps that its oilfree. But it doesnt stop my tzone from getting shiny, its just less shiny than usual haha. Its very lightweight which is nice but has very decent coverage which is surprising! The smell is pleasant as well! My skin can be sensitive at times but this hasnt caused any breakouts at all so i highly reccomend it!
In other news, i met up with Miss FriendzCentury yesterday and we went hunting for some eggtarts!
This store is supposed to be one of the best out there but alas i didnt really think much of them.
I think i am terribly picky when it comes to eggtarts though.
We walked around Landmark Mall in Central [Hong Kong]
And ended up having a bitchfest chat at L’Atelier de Joel Rubuchon
We chose the high tea set for 2

And the desserts!!
Now before you are mistaken and think we ate a huge amount of food, i’ll have to let you know each piece was very very small. I’ve put my NARS lipgloss next to them for you to have some idea.
Very small isnt it? But very good nonetheless XD

Malls in Asia always seem so big! LOL! But then again ours down here are really small even compared to the mainland ones. But Ala Moana is supposed to be the biggest “OPEN AIR” mall in the world! LOL!

The miniature size of the high-tea items makes everything SO Much cuter. I love the little sandwiches! I’d be afraid to eat them though, ruining the pic, haha.

I have to agree w/ you on the The face shop oil free bb cream. I did a review in september….i love it. I loved it sooo much that i have tried out the Missha bb crema as of yet. its still hiding out in my drawer. Good thing i bought two tubes of the Faceshop oilfree bb cream….or else i won’t know what to do if i run out =) it hasn’t broken me out either, and i been using it for 1.5months.

Yummy egg tarts! You have to let me know where in Hong Kong you have eaten the best egg tarts?? I’ve heard Macau Bakery has the best but never been. I’m Portuguese background so we make them too & I’ve eaten the best but would love to try others interpretation:)

so many pretty KATE palettes! the Deep Impact eyes in GY-1 is one of my favorite go-tos as well – I never thought I’d like the mix of greys/taupes so much, but they work so well together!
