More reader’s requests today..i kinda joined a few together XD Hope its ok!
Request 1 : I have to go to a Christmas party right after work, any tips on how to change my makeup from Day to Night?
Request 2: I cant wear a lot of makeup at work, can you suggest a simple and quick look?
For the “DAY LOOK” or a basic makeup look, these are my go-to items
Day Look EOTD
Just the basic creambase over the whole lid and some creative eyeliner action XD
I didnt line my entire waterline..this helps one look more natural, less severe.
Incidentally, if i am travelling and have to wear makeup, this is the look i go for as well. ^^
Another look at the items used
You probably just need 1 eyeliner and 1 creambase to create the look but i thought i take a photo of all possible items u could use. No MUFE pencil today, its a Banilla Co pencil eyeliner in glitter black. The glitter is very subtle so i thought it would be cute to line my eyes with that. Ties in with the creamy eyeshadow which is low on glitter as well.
Now for the Night look!
Thought i fulfil another request and use MAC Style Black Collection’s Glit By Association for the look heehee
Night Look EOTD
All i added onto my “day look” to transform it into a “night look” was the MAC shadow. Also added falsies and drew more eyeliner on XD [you gotta touch up anyway]
Items i carried with me to change my look
Face Mist/Spray..really important to freshen up one’s face. I used Innisfree’s GreenTea mineral mist.
Yes i also brought my dry shampoo out with me. XD In hindsight, since the place i went was sooo smoky, i shouldnt have bothered. Or at least carried some hairspray to add some volume to my hair. HAHAHA

Oh and i posted this on twitter when i was out the other day but will share it with you guys who arent on my twitter! Whilst out shopping, i noticed Majolica Majorca’s christmas collection is out!
Not keen on any of these items, the palettes are pretty boring and the packaging is cardboard which i dont really like. I was thinking of buying the Secret Lingere Body shimmer cream at first but upon actually trying the tester..it is WAYYY too glittery for me. It smells SOO GOOD though!! Are you getting any of these items?
Its a long weekend here in Japan! Monday 23rd is a public holiday ^^

Love the day-to-night looks!! Haha I never think about that, LOL. Either I just go ‘as-is’ touching up the same colours, or I take off my makeup completely and re-do it different. Will have to try smoking out some of my looks and see how I do!

yup the day lens and night are different XD the day ones are just colored lens..not circle lens
i wear them during the day as they are for astigmatism but the circle lenses i had in the night photo dont XD
hahah i dont know if i feel warm and fuzzy, i definetely laughed a lot throughout the whole song.

i think its -1.25 and -1.75
there are circle lenses for people with astigmatism like u and me ^^ i myself own quite a few pairs. i buy them from an optician in Seoul [see my earlier entries, i talked abt where i bought them]
i dont know their brand names [one is called Hi-sense] Geo also makes circle lenses for astigmatism.
