Last Christmas, Wet N Wild released four limited edition makeup palette sets that was making waves in the blogger community. They arent sold in Japan so i didnt think i would get around to trying them. However, thanks to a kind Missy M who helped me get them recently, i was able to try them out!
I wasnt sure if i was going to post these palettes since i know most ppl have already done so ages and ages ago. But since its my first experience with Wet N Wild Coloricon palettes, i thought i would post it anyway ^^
Here are the four palettes, they have 6 color shadows each and come with an eye pencil each as well
Sugar Plum Fairy
Golden Goddess
Snow Spirit
Night Elf
What i think:
Pros
- Cheap
- Highly pigmented shadows
- Nice range of colors, each palette is a useful one
- A few colors are apparently dupes [for example one of them is supposedly a dupe for NARS' Mekong, i have Mekong but havent done the match yet, i will check though!]
Cons
- Difficult to find [for me anyway!]
- The eye pencils and brushes are not very good quality.
- Packaging is quite filmsy, i had a crack on one of them.
- Fallout is quite high but ok with a primer

Overall thoughts:
They are EXCELLENT quality for the prices they are charged. I dont have much experience with Wet N Wild as a brand but i thought these were good. I hear the new/upcoming releases from them are very good/exciting as well! Sadly we dont have it in Japan but its probably a good thing cos i should buy less makeup XD

Licca is a really cute japanese doll [kinda like Barbie i guess?]
And i have been looking everywhere for this brand since Fumiko put it on her blog

The packaging is GORGEOUS!
The blush quads are very similar to Jill Stuart’s Mix Blush Quad but at a fraction of the price.

i did a quick swatch at the store but just with my fingers and the quality is really good. they seem about the same in terms of pigmentation as JS. but their darker shades seem darker than JS so maybe it depends on how u wear it
