I like to think of this blog as a happy blog and since i was having one of those craptastic days, i thought i wouldnt bother with blogging.
But..heck you know what, i am going to write about 5 things that make me happy today. If you are having a bad day, i hope this cheers u up too..else i hope you find 5 things that make you happy today [tell me about them!]
1. Revlon| Just Bitten lipstain + balm
I didnt mean to start with makeup right away XD but this does make me happy. I like the name [since my domain name is bittenbefore] and i like the simplicity of it. I mean its lipstain and balm! Should i review it? maybe i will XD
2.Planta Margarine
This is a gift from my sister and brother in law and came all the way from Singapore or was it Malaysia? [i dont know where they bought it hahaha] I dont know if you guys ever tried this margarine before but we certainly dont have this in Japan. i find it kind of addictive. I have no idea what its made of. It doesnt taste like normal margarine either. And you dont have to keep it in the fridge [i'm sure this means its got some bad stuff in it but it tastes good to me] And yes the fact its a HUGE can makes me happy too. I may or may not have dropped and dented one side of it..oops!
EDIT: i have been told by several of you its from Malaysia as the words on it as Malay. Can you also tell me what its made of? XD
3. Mosquito Repeller
From my baa-chan, who adores cute things as much as me. I suspect this is where i got it from. She likes Hello Kitty [more than me] as well as anything patent, glittery and blingy. XD
4. Complicated Dress Pattern
This might seem like a huge headache to you. Actually it is a huge headache. But it takes my mind off things and i like that. Been drafting from it and making adjustments all week. Hopefully i can make my mock version next week [then spend all week tweaking it] and a final version in the week after.
5. Darren Hayes releasing a new single today
Talk Talk Talk by Darren Hayes
I loooove looove loooove this guy. His albums are on constant replay in my sewing room. I have even worked a deep groove into one of the CDs from overplaying one particular song. His new album [long awaited!] comes out in October but the new single came out today. You bet your britches i was rushing to itunes to buy it [i love you itunes] If you are ever so lucky to see this man live, GO. I have only ever done it once and it was magical. His live performance far exceeds his recordings. Which is saying something since his voice is magical to me.
And since i am shameless promo-ing videos..i am slightly obsessing over this
Back for Good – Take That
I never got a chance to see all 5 of them perform this. [My favourite song] When i attended the “Never Forget” tour concert many MANY years ago, Robbie had already left. I wish i had a chance to go see them in their currently on-going comeback tour. [Trip to UK?]
