If you are like me, chances are you probably have a lot of little sample packets from different cosmetic/skincare brands. Some of them are probably GWP [gift with purchase] or perhaps from a gift from another beauty blogger?
Whatever the case, do you use them?
Sometimes i take them away with me when i go on a roadtrip but more often than now, i only get one use out of them.
Its rather wasteful since there are usually a few uses in each packet but i find it difficult to store them for more than one use as they inadvertly leak or perhaps get dry due to exposure etc
A friend of mine [Mami-chan] reccomends using a sharp pin to prick the packet so there is just a small hole and u can keep using it for a longer time.
Here’s what i decided to store them in..
I bought the containers from Hong Kong
The store name was Bonjour. Sadly since the price tag is missing, i have no idea how much they cost.
Always make sure you wash/disinfect the containers
Sample packets usually contain around 5ml of product. Its quite a lot isnt it?
I’m testing two eyecreams from Kiehl’s.
Hopefully i can figure out which is the better one?
One can use the containers for bbcream samples too [much less messy than a packet that might leak]
And if there isnt quite enough in one sample packet..u could always top it up with the full size item
Much easier to travel with a tiny container than the whole bottle of BBcream
The possibilities are endless!

They fit perfectly in my eyelash case
Its a Rilakkuma candy case from Lawson convenience store which i bought over a month ago
Here’s another case
The Hello Kitty case is from a random store in Taipei [bought it ages ago]
Its a really small case..a MAC MSF is almost larger…XD
Since i was washing container bottles, i also refilled my pump bottle with Lancome BiFacil
The other bottles are for shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/hair treatment/stuff XD
As for the flat boxy containers..well…
Do you ever have stuff you depotted but dont intend to bring on a particular trip?
Where do you store them in? I’ve started storing them in these containers
Sometimes i carry just one of these containers if i dont intend to bring an entire palette as well

I re-read what i wrote above and it sounds like i have quite the obsession with storage and containers.
And if you think so too, you are right, I do.
I looove organizing and dont get me started on filing. [Regular readers will know how crazy i am in love with filing things]
