Well 2 weeks have come and gone..and its finally time to go back home!
But before i go home, here is another blogpost on a place i visited in Singapore.
Jones the Grocer is a chain of food/grocer/cafe stores from Australia and i was delighted to visit the one in Singapore. [It might be strange to some of you that i visited a store from Australia in Singapore but i always miss these sorta venues from Australia since we dont have it in Japan due to lack of space. it was nice to visit one in Singapore]
They had loads of pastries and treats
Think the husband would have really liked this place XD He complains the desserts in Japan are not the type he likes
They even had turkish delight [husband really likes that though i dont XD]
The pantry section was gorgeous as well
I like the wide displays of books [u can buy the books]
You can even read the books for cooking inspirations and do your grocery shopping there
They had loads of homemade jams/sauces you could bring home
I liked the little gifts as well. It makes a lovely gift to have homewares + food..dont u think?
Display of chocolate [no interest XD i dont eat chocolate]
Elderflower drinks..how i love them so! when i was in UK i drank a lot of this XD
Display of beer made in Hawthorn Australia!! i used to live in Hawthorn [Victoria Australia]
Breakfast here is fantastic but you can also come spend a quiet afternoon reading and enjoying some tea [or coffee]

6 more hours and i am getting on that plane! its 7.5hrs flight to Japan from Singapore.
Cant wait to go home and see the husband

i didnt see any baking utilities but the books are gorgeous! there were cooking ware though!
