(I know I posted this a day early but I usually blog on Monday instead of Tuesday so bear with me haha)
Do you celebrate Red Day?
In Japan, Valentine’s Day is known as Red Day where females give chocolate to their crushes or SOs.
Men are to return the favor on White Day [14th March]
These days, a lot of girls give tomo-choco [to female friends] or giri-choco [obligatory choco to male friends]
I wasnt going to make any this year, though i do every year, but the besties [both male] insisted that i do.
So here we go!
The mold i used this year
I bought it in Jusco for 200yen-ish.
Some basic instructions it comes with
You will need chocolate and these
Yup pocky!!
I put the tray in..uh another tray to prevent spills.
Lay out the pocky sticks in the gaps
Fill ends with melted chocolate
Refrigerate and unmold
Repeat with different coloured pocky sticks
And different colored chocolate [add food coloring]
Here they are waiting to be paired up
Made some tags with masking tape and ribbon
A pair for each of my friends 
Before anyone says anything, i know not everyone feels the same way about Valentine’s Day and i am sorry if this post offends u in any way. I agree its a very commercialized holiday but what can i say? I am a sucker for any reason to celebrate
