Yup, i am finally doing a makeup related post
I’m usually a strictly nude or clear lipgloss kinda girl but this year, i am trying to expand my usage of lip products. [Expect to see loads of lip product reviews in the coming weeks XD]
First up on my list..lip paints!! Lip paints are extremely pigmented and a little goes a super long way.
Here are the ones i am reviewing today

Lip Tar by Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics [Thanks to my girl Msbonita for getting them for me]

DIRECTIONS: Apply the tiniest bead of product with a lipbrush. I tend to mix it around on the back of my hand before applying.

Overall thoughts: You can’t talk about lip paints without mentioning OCC lip tars. These have achieved cult status amongst many makeup artists and i simply had to try them! And they did not disappoint! They are VERY pigmented and the minty feel is lovely! However they are quite drying. Amazing lasting power though which is a good thing since reapplication on the go can be a bit hard [who wants to carry a lip brush around haha] There are around 30 amazing permanent shades and these are designed for mixing so the possibilities are endless!!

Overall thoughts: For those who dont know, Sleek makeup is a makeup brand from the UK. You can purchase their items in Superdrug [chain of drugstores in UK]. These are a lot less drying compared to OCC and i actually think they are more long lasting as well. The lower price point helps a lot too. So a definete YAY from me!
