A few days ago, i visited the new uniqlo store in Ginza during my lunch hour and i tweeted the photo below
Sadly i dont have any photos of the store since i was in a hurry.
However i did catch photos of the Orla Kiely Collaboration display
Are you familiar with Orla Kiely?
She is a London based designer that has is famous for her simple and colorful patterns.
A few years ago, she did a collaboration with Target USA and a series of homewares were released.
Sadly i wasnt able to get anything then but once i found out her collaboration with uniqlo, i made my way there ASAP
I LOVE SCARVES. And in Orla Kiely prints?! Just take my money..like now.
Here are two i picked up
Green apples!
In her signature multi stem print
Most of the clothes were either tshirts [no thanks, i dont like wearing uniqlo tshirts as i find them a bit short for my super long torso] or button up shirts [not exactly my look either]
There were some tanks and dresses though so i snapped up a tank!
I saved the hangers.
And the tags [i am a sucker for packaging]
I’m thinking of going back to uniqlo later this week and pick up a few more scarves and tanks!

i havent actually bought a single thing from GU cos i dont seem to buy a lot of camisoles or basics anymore

i saw the hk tshirts but i think i am too old wear printed tshirts..plus i got no occassion to wear them anywhere these days hahahahah

the uniqlo in japan ships within japan but i am not sure abt the one in NYC
