When i was younger [long time ago], 2in1 shampoo/conditioners had just hit the market and i remember thinking..”this is AWESOME, much less time to waste in the bathroom” <– in case its not obvious, whilst i adore having long hair, i take very little care of it. Its a bad habit i keep till this day but at least i use a separate shampoo and conditioner XD
Anyway fast forward to today, i am still laden down by my 539669 bottles of skincare/haircare/bodycare. And dont get me wrong, i am still very much attached to them but having started yoga a year ago [and still lousy at it] and going away on frequent weekend trips, i decided i needed something i could just use to get by. And this is what i have started using.
I bought the LE set which came with a free tester bottle of their No1 selling bb cream 
[80g of whitening gel + 15g of bbcream]
The set retails for 1800yen [USD$20] here in Japan but i got 20% off at the drugstore
The whitening gel promises to include toner, moisturiser, serum, cream and can be used as a base/primer.
There are whitening properties as well.
As the name depicts, the contents are gel form.
Pros
- no scent
- absorbs quickly
-gel form, good for summer and humid weathers
-convenient [all in one]
Cons
-not as good as the skincare steps i use [i am on a SKII skincare regime]
-no good for winters and colder weather
Overall thoughts
I bought this because i really didnt want to bring so many bottles with me when i went travelling [or to yoga etc] and for that purpose its perfect. I have started carrying a small bottle of this on the plane as well and it really helps. Somedays when i get home too late, after i shower, i cant be bothered to put all my skincare on, i just use this XD its better than nothing. As skincare, i wouldnt say its amazing or anything so its not going to replace my skincare regime anytime soon. But convenience? it cant be beat.
The bbcream
Comes with 41spf PA++ [good for day to day wear but not good for sports...but why are u wearing bbcream for sports XD]
The bbcream claims to have serum,essence,cream,sunscreen and serves as a makeup base.
Overall thoughts
This sets really nicely. Its not overly dewy nor overly matte nor overly powdery. It seems fairly natural but does not look like zero coverage. No weird scent thankfully. However the oil control is fairly poor. I was fairly shiny by lunchtime and had to powder/blot often. The high SPF is great of course. Most of my bbcreams have an average of 30SPF so this being 41spf is a lot better. One of my faves Sunkiller BB has 50SPF so its slightly higher except this has better coverage. [Sunkiller BB is extremely watery] I’d say this has a spot amongst my bbcream collection I hope to try it again in colder weather.

Several of you asked for the recipe so here it is
SALAD DRESSING:
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. fish sauce
1 tsp. white wine vinegar, or rice vinegar
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp white sugar
pinch of white pepper (or substitute regular black pepper)
As you can see, the recipe is mostly 1:1:1:1:1:1 etc. So make it in bulk cos it keeps well. You can store it in the fridge and use it whenever. As for the salad, you can add anything u want, i added one block of fried tofu, half a cucumber, handful of cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, parsley and some vermicelli. Hope you try it out!

It’s a nice recipe, as a salad (and mostly tomato) lover, I will try it out, thanks! As for the multifunctional skincare, it’s one of the greatest ideas ever. I try to follow my care routines and I think I do a pretty good job most of the time, but the truth is I’m a lazy head and the routine gets broken every now and then. Especially when I can’t get enough sleep (like today T.T). So my Bioderma cleansing water and Biotherm moisture mask are my number ones. On a side note, Kanebo is insanely expensive here that I can’t even dare go near its stands T.T
its funny cos i was just lamenting how expensive bioderma is to someone else recently hahahaha
their cleansing water is like 45 dollars in japan but 9 euros in europe.
I saw this Kanebo Whitening range at Watson Singapore, was quite keen to try it.. I fully agree with you.. Whenever I came home late, I tend to skip my skin care routine too:) just want to get it done quickly and off to bed!

I am using the Freshel BB cream in brown/bronze tube. I feel it’s not bad, moist and great for colder season. I’ve been using a tube or so now. In summer a lighter BB cream is required for me.
