Chifure Limited Edition Refillable Foundation Case + Lipstick Case

Chifure is a low cost japanese makeup/skincare brand.
I’ve just started buying a few things by them. Their foundation and lipsticks refills are sold separately from the cases so when they launched LE packaging this year, i had to grab some [i am a sucker for the LE prints]

In Spring they launched “Spring Garden”
1
Foundation Cases are 486yen each
Lipstick Cases are 315yen each

I particularly liked the pink series

I picked up both the lipstick cases in this range

In Summer [now] they launched “Seaside Flower”
2
Foundation Cases are 486yen each
Lipstick Cases are 315yen each

Since i already picked up the foundation case from the previous collection, i only bought the lipstick cases

The lipstick cases are designed to work with their lipstick refills

They are made of metal and very sturdy!

Here’s how the refill looks like. You can use it on its own but its very difficult to turn the lipstick without having it in a case. You just push it in and it will snap right in.

If anyone is interested, i’ll review the cosmetics too! just let me know!

omg what an ingenious idea with the refillable lipsticks! (I don’t get the foundation one, maybe because I rarely use foundation). i’m guessing the lipstick bullets are cheaper (or at least somewhat cheaper) than buying all new lipstick with same packaging all the time. plus the container doesn’t go to waste, less garbage (i’m big on reducing garbage), environmentally friendly! this needs to come to north America man

The spring collection cases are so pretty! I’ve never seen lipstick cases and refills before! What a great idea! Would love to hear your review on this makeup line. I like the concept of refillable cases although the idea isn’t new for foundation or eyeshadows.

Enjoy your trip! You deserve to have a fun and relaxing time as you work so hard and earned this vacation time.

Products in Japan always seem so simple but also cute at the same time. I miss Tokyo. I bought way too less stuff. I love your blog, it always makes me smile. It also makes me try out stuff with instructions I don’t understand.:D
