I often get emails from you guys asking me about outlet shopping in Japan. To be very honest, i dont go to many outlet malls as its often far/out of the way. I think outlet shopping in US is better XD
Anyway it just so happens, i did pop into one recently so i thought i would write about it
This is in Saitama! Over 1 hr drive from middle of tokyo.
There are several others, like makuhari messe and yokohama etc etc
Last weekend [okok my entries are a little behind] i went out with Miss Kat and her cousin Miss G ^^
Miss G knows i am fairly into the whole DIY/sewing/handmade/tezukuri thing so she took me to ShamShuiPo
This is my first time being in this area and according to Miss Kat and Miss G, if you know what you want, you can probably find it here in the markets for cheap.
They tell me the markets in mongkok and temple streets are for tourists and locals would come to the markets in ShamShuiPo. XD
